Member Survey for Credit Union Members
The CUB program starts with providing valuable feedback through a member survey while at the same time, gives members the opportunity to learn about all the online & account services, deposit products, and most importantly, loan products offered through the Credit Union.
We’re able to accomplish this through exclusive partnerships and our proprietary marketing and surveying technologies designed to advance the Credit Unions’ products and services.
Our surveying system is conducted with a few different groups. These member surveys do not only identify for the Credit Union which members are in need of additional services or loans, but also new member recommendations by your existing membership.
